Class Spec:

 

Incorporated into the gymnastics conditioning classes comes the gymnastics flexibility sessions where we will work on the flexibility needed to be able to successfully complete gymnastics skills whether your goals are to be able to straddle press to handstand or increase your shoulder flexibility so you are capable of stacking your shoulders and hips in line when balancing your handstand, your skills goals are my sessions goals.
